Coco bread is hand made using a traditional West Indian recipe, as with all of our products, it is bagged by hand to maximize freshness and to ensure the quality of every loaf. This bread is traditionally used as an accompaniment to a variety of patties, another use is to slice it, and fill it with your favourite fillings.
